Most fat loss attempts fail because clients and coaches are impatient - they jump straight into a deficit without looking into how the weight was put on in the first place, or establishing habits that will allow the client to keep the weight off.
Instead, we will go through:
➡️ Discovery stage - taking a deep dive into the emotions, behaviours and habits that caused you to gain weight in the first place
➡️ Systems / habits building stage - working on establishing new habits that reduce your caloric intake and get you to move more in a way that doesn’t feel restrictive
➡️ Action phase - going into structured fat loss phases (1-3 months), could be multiple phases until you achieve your goal
