how to lift with proper technique, how to eat for your goals (numbers but also handy tools you can use), how to build a routine that fits your life, not the other way around. When it ends, you keep everything - because the transformation isn't something I did to you. It's something you learned.
what’s included

Week 6: squatting, deadlifting and pressing with proper technique - running your own sessions while I just supervise, and then without me entirely. -
Now: food is "good days" and "bad days," protein is a mystery number, and every plan starts Monday. you probably think it’s your hormones or your age, and it can’t be fixed.
Week 6: you know your numbers, you fuel your training, you eat out and have a weekend without guilt — because you've got your own rules that fit your actual life. No meal plans. No banned foods. No 1,200-calorie no-carbs nonsense. -
Now: motivation shows up in January and leaves by February. Every restart begins from zero. Your job, your kids, your responsibilities take over your health.
Week 6: weekly check-ins, weekly averages (not daily scale panic), and a routine that fits into your life, not the other way around. You never start from zero again.
how the 6 weeks work
week 1 &2: learn
Two sessions a week, just us. Technique, bracing, setting up a barbell without second-guessing yourself. All the main lifts you need. Getting comfortable in the gym.
Your nutrition foundations: an overhaul of your nutritional habits so we can identify any problems & put together a plan of action.
week 3&4: practice
One session a week with me, one on your own with your program in your pocket. You film your lifts, I check them and send feedback. You're already training independently and I’m just there for back-up and encouragement.

week 5&6: own it
Now you run the sessions and I only supervise. You graduate with your own training program, your own unique nutrition rulebook, and the ability to walk into any gym knowing exactly what you're doing - and why!
You have your nutrition figured out by now; in week 5 and 6, you are focusing on solidifying the habit and learning how to respond to daily life situations (eg. work lunch, brunch with the girls, etc.)
then: a full month of online coaching, on me
Same programming, same check-ins, same me: just in your pocket instead of next to the squat rack. You'll already know how it works, because you've been doing it since week 3. This is when we make your routine permanent - and also when results will start showing up!

The 6-Week Transformation is £749 (payment plan available), and that's everything — all 8 one-to-one sessions, your programming, the nutrition coaching, unlimited form checks, and your first month of online coaching included. Bought separately, all of this comes to over £950 — but more to the point, it's designed to be the last program you ever pay for.
